Inspection

In CNC processing, quality control is essential to ensure that the manufactured products meet the standards and requirements of enterprises, industries and customers.

At Yorkshire CNC, we inspect all our machined components and adhere to the most up-to-date manufacturing working practices, Our Quality Management System plays an essential role in our business.  All our systems are audited on a regular basis internally and externally.

Project Build

We follow a strict and chronological manufacturing process from initial drawings through to sending out to build.

The project starts in the drawing stage and is then prioritised and planned for manufacture. This is followed by the actual build, processing and kitting up, before parts head out of the door, or onto the Unison shop floor.

Finishing

All manufactured parts are final inspected and checked over to ensure all parts are finished to the highest quality,

We can offer Finishes and treatments such as: Shot blasting, powder coating , chemical blacking, nitride / induction / case / vacuum hardening.
